Refund policy

Returns are allowed only for damaged or defective products. All dispatched items are photographed as proof that products are shipped in good condition.

Note for Returns:

• Item should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered and in its original packaging with all tags intact to be eligible for return
• We do not offer free return shipping nor do we provide refunds for any fees that may result from shipping a return

We give utmost importance to hygiene for babies and due to the nature of our industry, we do not allow change-of-mind returns or exchanges in design or color. This is to guarantee that all items we send out to customers are brand new and have never been used.
